Meet Our Head Trainer – Brad Posehn

Brad Training Eric Gryba, NHL Veteran

Hailing from Saskatoon Saskatchewan, Brad obtained his Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan.  Following his education he opened JB Performance where he trained many of the players you see below in our testimonials.  Moving to Calgary in 2017 he opened the Absolute Perfomance Center and became the head trainer of the National Women’s Hockey League’s Calgary Inferno.  His smart and thoughtful approach to training with an eye to injury prevention and full body training is why pro’s and amateurs alike continue to come back to Brad for training!
